Rose McGowan sells Los Feliz home
Update: Actress Rose McGowan has sold her Los Feliz home for $1,775,000.
The gated 1928 Spanish villa has a grand entry, a step-down living room with a vaulted beamed ceiling and arched windows. Its 4,278 square feet include four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Television audiences know the 37-year-old from “Charmed” (2001-06). She stars as a villainess in the “Conan the Barbarian” movie due this summer.
McGowan bought the property in 2004 for $1,850,000, according to public records.
Tracy Tutor Maltas of Partners Trust Brentwood was the listing agent. Barry Sloane and Marc Silver of Sotheby’s International Realty, Beverly Hills, represented the buyer.
