Nude sculpture of pregnant Kim Kardashian is coming to L.A.
Ever wanted to rub Kim Kardashian’s baby bump? Artist Daniel Edwards is given gallery-goers that chance. The sculptor, known for casting celebrities in the nude, will debut a lifesize sculpture of the pregnant reality star next month in Los Angeles.
Titled “L.A. Fertility,” the piece of Kardashian in the buff features “lactiferous breasts” and a “voluminous” belly “to entice visitors to give a respectful rub for good luck and success,” according to a release from the artist.
“I was inspired by the beauty of Kim Kardashian and felt quite put-off by the media’s criticism of her weight gain during pregnancy,” Edwards said in a statement on his site. “Such criticism should be off limits.”

The Kardashian piece is part of “Celebrity Baby Boomer” series, which started with a 2006 sculpture of a nude Britney Spears giving birth on a bearskin rug.
Other works by the artist include a topless Scarlett Johansson cradling zombie heads and Angelina Jolie breast-feeding.
“L.A. Fertility” will debut June 5 at LAB ART Gallery in Los Angeles.
