Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner could be the latest A-listers hitting the boards.

The pair, who co-star as superheroes in the expected blockbuster “The Avengers” opening Friday, could be Broadway bound as husband and wife in a revival of Tennessee Williams’ “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.”

Oscar-winner and recent resident action hero Renner revealed last month he was considering starring as Brick alongside Johansson as Maggie.

Johansson, who on Wednesday received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, won a Tony for her 2010 role in Arthur Miller’s “A View From the Bridge.”

Johansson and Renner aren’t the only stars lighting up the Great White Way: Pop star Ricky Martin received mixed reviews as narrator Che Guevara in the revival of Tim Rice’s and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Evita.”

Teen heartthrob Nick Jonas this year suited up to play Broadway’s next J. Pierrepont Finch in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.”

Justin Long, known for his on- and off-screen attachment to Drew Barrymore, made his Broadway debut in March playing a writing student alongside Jeff Goldblum in Theresa Rebeck’s “Seminar.”

Grammy-winner Usher two weeks ago made an onstage cameo for two performances of the off-Broadway show “Fuerza Bruta,” which combines vigorous dancing, acrobatics and strobe lights. He also used the opportunity to offer audiences a downloadable sneak peak of “Looking For Myself,” the singer’s seventh album to be released June 12.
