Iggy Azalea had the “Booty” -- and now she has the breasts to go with it.

The controversial Australian rapper decided she “wasn’t into secret-keeping,” she said in the April issue of Vogue, revealing that she got implants.

“I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs!” the “Fancy” rapper told the fashion codex. “I’d thought about it my entire life.”

The New South Wales native, 24, admitted to the augmentation -- though didn’t go into much detail about the procedure -- when asked if she wanted to change anything about her physique. She was tired of having to sew padding into her stage costumes and wanted to be able to wear lingerie without wiring, the mag said. And even though she was content to keep the procedure under wraps, Azalea said she came forward because she didn’t want her younger fans to feel bad about their bodies.

The Grammy-nominated MC, whose real name is Amethyst Amelia Kelly, said that “it’s about proportion” and has to have “everything tailored” because she has “such a small waist.”

“I’m a 2 or a 0 on the top, and a 6 on the bottom,” she said.

The revelation came just a month after the “Problem” rapper quit social media when her body garnered unwelcome attention while she was vacationing with boyfriend Nick Young of the L.A. Lakers. Azalea, who’s also been criticized by people saying she appropriated black culture in her music, has since turned over the controls to her management team, which posts to her official Twitter account on her behalf.
