The Cape: When the orphaned heir (Glenn Fitzgerald) of one of Palm City’s founders threatens to paralyze the city, The Cape and Max (David Lyons, Keith David) try to alert Marty (Dorian Missick) of this looming danger. Richard Schiff guest stars in this new episode (9 p.m. NBC).
