ScotsFest in Costa Mesa

Squealing bagpipes, fluttering kilts and flying tree trunks characterize ScotsFest, an annual celebration of Celtic culture. The festival features piping and drumming competitions, traditional dancing, Highland games, live music, Scottish food, vendors and children’s activities. OC Fair & Event Center, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Sat. and Sun. $18-$25 adults; $16-$22 seniors, students and military; $3-$4 children 5-12; free for children 4 and under. https://www.scotsfest.com.
