Nicholas D. Kristof The two-time Pulitzer Prize winner and New York Times columnist will discuss the themes and expand on the stories in the bestselling book “Half the Sky: Turning Oppression Into Opportunity for Women Worldwide.” Written by Kristof and his wife, journalist Sheryl WuDunn, the book covers the personal journeys of women who have risen above crushing personal and political circumstances to effect change for themselves and the people around them.
