Vanessa and Nick Lachey welcome baby son Camden John

Nick and Vanessa Lachey are parents of a new baby boy!

The 31-year-old “Wipeout” host delivered Camden John Lachey just before 7 p.m. Wednesday, the couple told People.

“Love has truly been redefined for both of us,” they told the mag, noting that their baby arrived at 8 pounds, 9 ounces and 21 inches long.

For his part, 98 Degrees member and “Stars Earn Stripes” contestant Nick, 38, wouldn’t have minded his son arriving a little earlier. The Lacheys’ name choice attracted the attention of a fellow new-parent-of-a-Camden early Thursday. “Apparently Camden is a popular name!,” tweeted Kristin Cavallari, wife of the Chicago Bears’ Jay Cutler, adding 15 minutes later, “By the way that wasn’t a bitchy tweet at all ... I obviously love the name and I’m glad other people do to.”

Camden Jack Cutler was born Aug. 8.
