Once again, it’s business time for Festival Supreme.

The annual comedy-and-music festival, which has grown to be one of the most popular comedy events in L.A., will return for its fourth year on Oct. 29 to the Shrine Expo Hall and Grounds near downtown L.A. Tickets go on sale Friday.

The headliners include two of the biggest crossover names in pop music and comedy — Flight of the Conchords, the New Zealander duo who prior to this year hadn’t toured since 2014; and “Weird Al” Yankovic, the again-resonant parodist extraordinaire.

Sarah Silverman, Patton Oswalt, Fred Armisen, Maya Rudolph, Tim Heidecker, Jenny Slate, Will Forte and Eric André are among the stand-ups to perform, while Mac DeMarco and Nancy Whang (of LCD Soundsystem, among others) are among the musical acts.

Also of note — festival founders Tenacious D are billed this time as “Tenacious DJ,” so who knows — maybe they’ve moved on to spinning the greatest drop in the world (or just a tribute).
