Woman missing after jumping overboard on Mad Decent cruise
A woman is missing after she jumped overboard during a Mad Decent concert cruise off the coast of Mexico.
The woman, who has not been identified, went missing Thursday after fans and security saw her climbing over the side of the ship and into the water of the Yucatan Channel. The ship, the Norwegian Pearl, was traveling between Miami and Cozumel, Mexico.

In a statement, the Mad Decent record label promised an ongoing search.
“Thursday, November 12 during the chartered cruise on Norwegian Pearl, a female guest was observed intentionally going overboard while the ship was sailing the Yucatan Channel. The ship’s crew immediately initiated rescue measures, including deploying three rescue boats and notifying the Coast Guard and other relevant authorities. The search for the guest is ongoing. Both the ship and charter company teams are providing support to the family and all impacted guests during this difficult time.”
Artists onboard for the concert cruise included Skrillex, label head Diplo, Flosstradamus and Dillon Francis.
