Undercover Boss: When Sara Bittorf of “Boston Market” goes under cover she struggles to manage a busy drive-through window and fires an employee (8 p.m. CBS).

Shark Tank: In this new episode, the Sharks hear pitches from a couple with a line of sandals for barefoot runners. They also revisit Cousins Lobster, a food truck business that Barbara invested in (9 p.m. ABC).

Spartacus: War of the Damned: As Spartacus (Liam McIntyre) leads an assault aimed at securing food and shelter for his people, Crassus (Simon Merrells) begins building a formidable army for his campaign against the rebellion in this new episode (9 p.m. Starz).

Banshee: After a botched museum robbery in Harrisburg, Lucas, Carrie and Job (Antony Starr, Ivana Milicevic, Hoon Lee) renew their partnership. Frankie Faison and Daniel Ross Owens also star in this new episode (10 p.m. Cinemax).

Merlin: Three soothsayers curse Arthur, but he won’t take them seriously. It’s a decision that may put all of Camelot in jeopardy in this new episode (10 p.m. Syfy).

The 44th NAACP Image Awards: Outstanding achievements by people of color in entertainment and literature are saluted in this awards gala airing from the Shrine Auditorium. Top nominees include the television remake of “Steel Magnolias,” including acting honors for Alfre Woodard, Jill Scott, Phylicia Rashad and Queen Latifah, and the films “Django Unchained” and “Beasts of the Southern Wild” (8 p.m. NBC).

Best Super Bowl Concert Ever: This new special celebrates Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans (9 p.m. VH1).

Captain Blood: TCM’s “31 Days of Oscar,” opens with this 1935 swashbuckler starring Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland (5 p.m. TCM).
