‘The Sopranos,’ with James Gandolfini, can be seen on HBO On Demand

HBO announced Monday that it is making “The Sopranos” available on HBO On Demand in tribute to late star James Gandolfini.

Beginning Monday, each season of the groundbreaking mob drama, will be available -- in consecutive order, for one month. That means, Season 1 is at your disposal throughout July, Season 2 will be accessible in August, and so forth.

The complete series, of course, can also be viewed on the network’s streaming site HBOGo.

The David Chase drama, in which Gandolfini portrayed iconic TV character Tony Soprano -- the head of a New Jersey crime family -- helped solidify the premium cable network’s standing. And Gandolfini’s death last month apparently triggered nostalgia for the show: The complete series remains a top seller on Amazon.com.

HBO also announced it will air the 2007 HBO documentary “Alive Day Memories: Home From Iraq,” which Gandolfini executive produced, on Thursday -- in commemoration of the Fourth of July.

Gandolfini died June 19 of a heart attack in Rome at age 51. His funeral was last week in New York City.
