The network said Friday it had ordered nine additional episodes of “Blindspot,” which stars Sullivan Stapleton and Jaimie Alexander. The team of executive producers includes Greg Berlanti, best known for “Arrow” and CBS’ upcoming “Supergirl.”

“Blindspot” is the fall’s top-rated new series among adults 18 to 49 and has averaged 9.6 million viewers overall on the nights that original episodes are telecast, according to Nielsen.
