The new supernatural drama “The Returned” is not the same as “The Returned” a.k.a. “Les Revenants” that airs on Sundance TV but rather a remake of that same French TV series. Agnes Bruckner, Carl Lumbly, Jeremy Sisto, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and “Lost’s” Mark Pellegrino star. 10 p.m. A&E
