Bouchon recipe: In the Food & Dining chapter of the Nov. 14 Saturday section, one line of ingredients in the recipe for Bouchon TLCs included extraneous wording. The line should read “7½ ounces (212 grams, or a scant 2 sticks) butter, at room temperature.”

Carson stadium: In the Nov. 12 Section A, a headline on an article about Disney Chairman and CEO Robert Iger’s role in a proposal by the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders to build a stadium in Carson erred in saying that he would “oversee Carson’s team in bid for NFL stadium.” Iger is not overseeing the bid. If the bid is approved by league owners, he would oversee the stadium project.

Big cats and toxins: In the Nov. 11 California section, a photo caption with an article about mountain lions being killed by exposure to rat poisons erred in describing the photo’s location. The image, showing the mountain lion P-34 walking atop a wall, was taken in a neighborhood of single-family homes in Newbury Park, not in a mobile home community.
