Real estate ruling: In the Nov. 22 Section A, headlines on an article about a California Supreme Court ruling regarding real estate transactions said that the decision affected Realtors. A Realtor is a real estate agent who is a member of the National Assn. of Realtors. The decision is not limited to those individuals, but affects all real estate agents.
