Harry Lawenda: A brief obituary of interior designer Harry Lawenda in the Nov. 3 LATExtra section said that he died Oct. 27. He died Oct. 26. Additionally, the obituary said that Lawenda and his wife and business partner, Dorothy Kneedler Lawenda, had two sons, Kent and Kevin. The Lawendas also raised three children from her previous marriage, Ann Kneedler, Douglass Ronald Kneedler and Wendy Kneedler-Senior.

Theater openings: The theater list from the Oct. 30 Arts & Books section was mistakenly repeated in the Nov. 6 section, so the plays listed as opening this week actually opened last week.

Children with diabetes: An article in the Nov. 7 Health section about an elementary school student learning to manage her Type 1 diabetes said that the girl, Willow Shawl, lives in Charlotte, Va. She lives in Charleston, W.Va.

Northeast outage: An article in Section A on Nov. 7 about a prolonged power outage in the Northeast after a powerful snowstorm said that Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy is a Republican. He is a Democrat.

Patton Oswalt: An article in the Nov. 6 Calendar section about actor-comic Patton Oswalt misspelled the first name of director Uwe Boll as Ewe.

College football: An article in the Nov. 8 Sports section about the progress of the UCLA football team said that the Bruins’ last conference championship was in 1999. UCLA last won the Pac-10 title in 1998.
