Interactive: New athletic facility can’t get to the finish line
A new track and playing field were scheduled to open in 2007 -- atop a new two-story parking structure -- as part of City College’s makeover of its athletic facilities. Construction of the parking garage was delayed for a year by a safety issue. Later, the rooftop track and field ran into problems.
