Reader photo: Hello, kitty
If you’re a photographer, then Halloween is probably one of your favorite nights of the year. The combination of darkness and outlandish costumes makes for some fantastic images, as superheroes, fictional characters and life-size animals walk the streets.
In this image, Nicola Buck captures a girl in a giant Hello Kitty mask while trick-or-treating in Pacific Palisades. In Buck’s words, “The costumes were amazing and the houses like stage sets.”
The image is part of a series of photos called “Trip to the Graveyard.”
