Prosecutors have charged a man with drunk driving after he crashed into pop star Jennifer Lopez’s Rolls-Royce in Malibu.
Lopez, her 6-year-old twins, actress Leah Remini and her 10-year-old daughter were inside the car during the collision, district attorney spokesman Ricardo Santiago said.
Robert John Reitz, 53, is accused of having a blood alcohol level of at least .15% when he crashed into the actress’ Rolls in the Sept. 27 incident on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
None of the women or their children reported injuries.
Reitz was charged with a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
