Reader Photo: Another look at Angel’s Flight
When we think of Angel’s Flight, we usually associate it with images of the iconic railcars that take passengers up and down Bunker Hill in downtown L.A.
But those trains have been halted since a derailment last September, and instead visitors have to take a narrow stairway up the hill. Ryan Kevin took advantage of this in his image of two people making their way up the staircase, seeing the potential of the scene first, and waiting for the right subjects to make the image.
