At what point does the Roman Catholic Church declare that molesting and abusing children (“Vatican panel on sexual abuse meets, plans to tackle church coverups,” May 3) is not just a moral issue but a legal one, and a felony that certainly should be reported to the police for criminal investigation and punishment?
