Readers React: Primary season for Republicans
The headline (“Republicans keep tea party wing at bay in primary races,” May 20) might just as well have stated that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce won the primaries.
In cases where its candidate was threatened, the chamber contributed heavily.
We can expect that if the GOP wins the Senate, then the party of Big Business will rule the roost.
Forget about closing tax loopholes.
