Collision in H.B. sends three people to trauma centers
Three people were taken to trauma centers after suffering injuries in a head-on collision in Huntington Beach on Tuesday night, authorities said.
Police officers responded to a traffic collision at Magnolia Street and Hamilton Avenue at 9:43 p.m., said Huntington Beach Police Department spokeswoman Jennifer Marlatt.
Fire Department Battalion Chief Jeff Lopez said three people were taken to local trauma centers.
Marlatt said one person suffered significant facial injuries and another person was reported as unconscious. She did not immediately have information about a third person involved.
Authorities said they did not immediately have other details about the crash or the conditions of the people involved.
