Notable Loyola University alumni

ABC sportscaster Jim McKay is celebrating his 50th. year in broadcasting and is writing a book about those years. The former Baltimore Sun reporter moved on to host ABC’s “Wide World of Sports” for nearly four decades. The Loyola graduate (‘43) died in 2008. Shown is Mckay at his farm in Monkton in 1997.
