AT ST. LOUIS

When: Wednesday, 6 p.m. PST

On the air: TV: Prime Ticket; Radio: 830

Update: John Gibson has been stellar this season, but he was chased from the net in Monday’s 7-3 defeat to the Chicago Blackhawks. The seven goals is the second-most the Ducks have given up this season. They gave up eight goals against the Florida Panthers last month, the only other time Gibson has been pulled for performance reasons this season. ... Chris Wagner (two goals) produced three points against Chicago, and Andrew Cogliano and Jakob Silfverberg each had two points. ... The Ducks could be without top scorer Rickard Rakell (upper body) for the third consecutive game. ... This is the first meeting between the clubs this season. They split the two-game series last season. ... Blues winger Jaden Schwartz’ 32 points are fourth in the NHL. His 13 goals are tied for No. 6. Linemate Vladimir Tarasenko’s 28 points are tied for ninth in the league. The Ducks don’t have anyone among the top 75 point generators in the NHL. The Blues (17-6-1, 35 points) lead the Western Conference. The Ducks are 10-10-4 (24 points).
