When: 4 p.m.
Where: Honda Center.
On the air: TV: NBC Sports Network. Radio: 830.
Records: Ducks 26-25-10; Blackhawks 33-22-7
Update: One of the low points — and there were many — in the first half of the season was the Ducks’ 6-5 loss to Chicago on Nov. 25 at Honda Center. The Ducks blew a 4-2 lead in the third period, and Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews had two goals on his way to a five-point performance. “I think we’re thinking about forgetting everything,” Ducks forward Bobby Ryan said on Saturday after practice. “Pre-Jan. 1, I guess, that’s where things kind of turned for us and we found our stride. So I think every other game, previously, we’ll just take as a write-off right now.” The Ducks returned from a 15-day trip in which they went 5-1-2 and pulled within six points of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference, heading into Saturday night’s action. Out of a possible 16 points on the trip, the Ducks recorded 12.
