Update: Portland’s 7-2 start this season seems like forever ago. The Trail Blazers lost to New York by 42 points last week, fired Coach Nate McMillan, and lost to Milwaukee by 29 on Tuesday. As good as the Trail Blazers are against the Lakers in Portland (10-2 since 2005), they have lost 11 of their last 13 against the Lakers at Staples Center.
