Update: This will be the home finale for the Ducks, who then travel to Western Canada for three games to close out the season. On Saturday, they called up defenseman Mat Clark from Syracuse of the American Hockey League. Clark, 21, has not played in the NHL. He had 12 points in 56 games for the Crunch this season. It was an especially costly loss for the Oilers against the Kings on Friday — defensemen Ladislav Smid (neck) and Jeff Petry (facial contusion) were injured and did not return. Accordingly, the Oilers recalled defenseman Colten Teubert from Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.
