Kris Humphries the big loser in divorce case with Kim Kardashian

Kris Humphries appears to be the big loser in his divorce battle with Kim Kardashian, as if that comes as a surprise to anyone.

As details of the divorce begin to leak following a hearing Friday in Los Angeles court, the Brooklyn Nets power forward will get nothing from Kardashian when the papers are signed and their 1 1/2-year divorce case is officially settled before it was scheduled to go to trail next month.

Reminder: The marriage lasted 72 days.

According to celebrity website TMZ.com, Humphries was seeking $7 million, an annulment and attorney fees. He’ll get no money, the marriage will be dissolved and he’ll pay his own attorney fees.

Humphries petitioned for an annulment after Kardashian filed divorce papers because he felt the marriage was a sham specifically made for the television show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

At least Humphries has a chance to be a winner on the court. The Nets lead the Chicago Bulls, 1-0, in their best-of-seven playoff series following a 106-89 victory on Saturday. Game 2 is Monday night in Brooklyn.

Kardashian is pregnant and hooked up with rapper Kanye West.
