The Indianapolis Colts’ second straight win may have cost them quarterback Andrew Luck, who entered the concussion protocol Monday after complaining of concussion-like symptoms following Sunday’s 24-17 victory over Tennessee.

The surprising news came a little more than 24 hours after Coach Chuck Pagano told reporters the Colts had no significant injuries from the game. Pagano said Monday he believed the injury occurred in the fourth quarter, but couldn’t cite a specific play.

The Colts (5-5) host Pittsburgh on Thursday night, leaving little time for Luck to recover. If he can’t play they will likely go with backup Scott Tolzien, who hasn’t thrown a regular-season pass since 2013.
