Update: Chivas USA’s most recent win came against Vancouver on March 30 at Carson. Since then, Chivas USA has lost seven of eight games, including its last five. But Chivas USA has a new head coach, Jose Luis Real, who took over after the firing of Jose Luis Sanchez Sola in late May. Vancouver, meanwhile, is coming off a 4-3 win over the New England Revolution in which Whitecaps forward Kenny Miller scored two goals and was named Major League Soccer’s player of the week.
