Update: This is the teams’ second meeting in two weeks. The Galaxy defeated the Whitecaps last Saturday, 1-0, at StubHub Center on a goal by forward Robbie Keane in the 47th minute. The win extended the Galaxy’s undefeated streak to three games since its 1-0 loss to Real Salt Lake in the season opener. Galaxy forward Landon Donovan needs one goal to set the Major League Soccer career scoring record of 135 goals.
