Josh Rosen knows how things work in the NCAA.

Like when a school signs the most lucrative shoe and apparel deal in college sports history, and the starting quarterback — and every other athlete on campus — won't see a dime of the money that comes from it.

UCLA announced Tuesday it had inked a 15-year, $280-million deal with Under Armour that will start after the university's contract with Adidas expires next year.

Rosen, who passed for 3,669 yards with 23 touchdowns and 11 interceptions as a Bruins freshman last season, took to Instagram with his response to the news.

He posted a graphic from The Times showing how UCLA's new deal surpasses Ohio State's $252-million, 15-year contract with Nike atop the list of top apparel deals ...

... and added his own caption: "We're still amateurs though ... Gotta love non-profits #NCAA."

Rosen's post has since been deleted, but his point was made.
