On the air: TV: Pac-12 Network; Radio: 570.

Records: San Diego 0-2; UCLA 2-0.

Update: San Diego utilizes a Princeton-style offense that features lots of backdoor cuts and misdirection but hasn’t really fooled anyone in losses to San Diego State and Samford. UCLA has topped 100 points in each of its victories and Bruins Coach Steve Alford seemed pleased that his team generated 92 possessions in a victory over Cal State Northridge on Sunday because it was 12 more than it had in any game last season. “We want the game up-tempo,” Alford said. “It’s who we are. It’s the makeup of our guys.”
