Update: The Trojans are on a four-game winning streak — all at home and not against the quality competition they will find in the three-day Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament. Guard Byron Wesley leads the Trojans with a 19.8-point scoring average. The Wildcats are led by junior forward JayVaughn Pinkston, who averages 20.3 points. Villanova averages 82 points a game compared to the 71.2 points USC is averaging for up-tempo new Coach Andy Enfield. Also in the tournament are Texas El Paso, Kansas, Wake Forest, Tennessee, Iowa and Xavier. USC will play Wake Forest or Kansas in its second game.
