Trojans quarterback Cody Kessler a finalist for Unitas Golden Arm Award

USC quarterback Cody Kessler is one of five finalists for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, presented to college football’s top senior or fourth-year junior quarterback.
Kessler has passed for 25 touchdowns, with just two interceptions, this season.
He ranks fourth nationally in passing efficiency.
Other finalists: UCLA’s Brett Hundley, Oregon’s Marcus Mariota, Baylor’s Bryce Petty and Mississippi State’s Dak Prescott.
USC plays California on Thursday night at the Coliseum.
Kessler passed for five touchdowns and a personal-best 400 yards in the Trojans’ 44-17 victory over Washington State on Nov. 1.
