USC football morning report: All-Americans in the Pac-12
- Share via
Fact of the day: Leonard Williams was the only USC player selected to a Walter Camp All-America team. Three players were selected from Oregon, two from Utah and Washington and one from Arizona, Stanford and UCLA.
Williams was a second-team selection.
USC is set to play Nebraska in the Holiday Bowl on Dec. 27 at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego.
The Trojans finished the regular season 8-4 overall and 6-3 in the Pac-12 Conference. The Cornhuskers are 9-3 and 5-3 in the Big Ten.
This will be USC’s first time playing in the Holiday Bowl, but its fourth game against Nebraska.
In 2007, the Trojans defeated the Cornhuskers, 49-31, in Lincoln, Neb.
In The Times:
- Leonard Williams might be feeling snubbed by second-team selection
- As NFL season winds down, teams at bottom can look at draft
- USC will host three recruits on official visits
