Receiver George Farmer has yet to complete a full season at USC because of injuries.

But maybe this is the one.

“I feel great right now,” said Farmer, a fourth-year junior who sat out last season while recovering from knee surgery.

Farmer has nine receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown.

He and his fellow receivers stayed after practice Tuesday to take extra reps. The unit will be prepared for an increased role against Oregon State on Saturday at the Coliseum, Farmer said.

“We’re taking the extra time to do these little things,” he said, “so come game time, we’ll be ready.”
