Great Wolf Lodge’s latest giant water park to splash down near Disneyland
It’s not too early to start thinking about spring break, and 2016 will bring an exciting new option for water park and Disneyland lovers.
In March, Great Wolf Lodge will open its 13th indoor water-park resort in the U.S. in Garden Grove, a 603-room venue a mile from Disneyland.
The 105,000-square-foot indoor water park will be for resort guests only, and boasts suspension bridges, cargo nets, body and tube slides, flume rides and indoor surf simulators, with names such as Whooping Hollow and Mountain Edge Raceway. There will be story time each evening, nine-hole themed indoor miniature golf, an arcade, Scooops Kid Spa, XD Theater and more.

Seven dining options will include Lodge Wood Fired Grill, Loose Moose and Hungry as a Wolf. There will be seasonal events such as Howl-o-Ween October and Snowland December. Great Wolf will have frequent shuttle services to Disneyland and other area attractions.
Family suites start at $250 a night. Two-bedroom suites start at $400, depending on the season. The room rates include tickets to the water park.
