Fantastic dining at Chinatown’s House of Nanking

LETTERS | SAN FRANCISCO

It was a pleasure reading Chris Reynolds’ article [“Inside Chinatown,” March 25]. It capsulized what San Francisco’s Chinatown is really all about.

My wife and I were extremely happy to discover that you found a treasure that we first enjoyed more than 15 years ago and visit every time we go to San Francisco: House of Nanking.

When we want an excellent meal, we walk down to Kearny Street, seek out the owner and let him do our ordering. We always have a fantastic meal as well as enjoy the theater of the place.
