Jerry Azarkman: In the Feb. 1 Business section, an article about Curacao department store founder Jerry Azarkman referred to his Israeli army service in the 1967 Six-Day War. He served in the 1973 Arab-Israeli conflict known as the Yom Kippur War.

Indian humor: In the Feb. 5 Section A, an article about controversy in India over a video by the All India Bakchod comedy troupe said that the group released a statement Tuesday on the issue. The statement was made Wednesday.

UCLA basketball: In the Feb. 5 Sports section, an information box previewing that night’s basketball game between UCLA and Stanford said that UCLA had not won a game outside of Los Angeles this season and had only one win against a team with an RPI rating in the top 50. UCLA defeated Alabama Birmingham during a tournament in the Bahamas, and the Bruins have two wins over top-50 teams — Stanford and Utah.
