Los Angeles firefighters discovered the body of a man inside a detached garage that burned down Monday morning in Winnetka.
Firefighters responded around 4 a.m. to a report of a fire at a single-story home at 7971 Sunnybrae Ave., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
After putting out the flames, firefighters discovered the body of a man inside the garage, the department said.
The victim's name and cause of death were not immediately known.
No other injuries were reported. An arson unit is investigating the fire.
