Reader Photo: Feet up in San Pedro’s Sunken City
Broken concrete, graffiti and ocean views all collide at Sunken City in San Pedro, the site of a 1929 landslide that caused a number of houses to fall into the ocean.
Photographer Dennis Benson went exploring with his camera. Rather than taking the typical propped-feet-facing-the-picturesque-beach photo, he chose instead to focus on a more interesting, grittier ocean view.
Benson took this photo with a Canon 60D and a 18-135mm lens, using Photoshop to stitch together shots to create the panoramic photo.
