Basketball: Former Chatsworth coach pleads guilty, gets probation

According to Gerry Gittelson of the Daily News, former Chatsworth girls junior varsity basketball coach Andre LaBeach has pleaded guilty to a felony sex charge as part of plea deal worked out with prosecutors.

LaBeach, 22, was sentenced to three years probation and can petition at a later date to have his conviction reduced to a misdemeanor. He was arrested on April 1 on four counts of having sex with a minor.
