Two Navy petty officers pleaded guilty in San Francisco to bribery charges after undercover federal officers reportedly set up two fictitious companies selling supplies to the Navy and paying kickbacks. James Ocang, 34, and Alexius Daco, 39, both stationed at Alameda Naval Air Station, have agreed to cooperate with authorities and Daco has offered to testify in several pending cases, U.S. Atty. Joseph Russoniello said. The two were among eight Navy men charged last October after the undercover investigation.
