A 2-year-old West Covina boy was killed when he was run over by the family car in the driveway of his home in the 1300 block of South Saint Malo Street, police said. Officer Rick McDole said Mosaati Uele apparently was playing inside the automobile and managed to put it into neutral gear, then got behind it as it began moving slowly down the sloping driveway. The car ran over him in the street, McDole said.
