Covina

A new grant of more than $200,000 will provide Covina and its Police Department with a computer and software that will track and monitor patterns of repeat criminals and their offenses. Because of growing statistics on crimes committed by repeat offenders in the area, the city qualified for the California Career Criminal Apprehension Program that offers a four-year computer information and training program.
