UCLA, four-time defending NCAA volleyball champion, will play host to USC in the seventh annual Kilgour Cup 7:30 tonight at Pauley Pavilion.
The Bruins, who were undefeated in 38 matches last season, have a 5-1 record this season. The Trojans are 2-0 with both victories over Brigham Young University.
The cup is named in honor of Kirk Kilgour, Pepperdine’s assistant volleyball coach. The match benefits the rehabilitation of Kilgour, who suffered a severed spinal cord in 1976 and is paralyzed below the neck.
