AT&T; and EDS agreed to jointly develop products.

The customized computer and communications systems that will be developed by New York-based AT&T; and Dallas-based Electronic Data Systems will be marketed primarily to business and government customers, the two companies said. The agreement combines AT&T;’s product line and large sales force with Electronic Data Systems’ expertise in software and systems integration. Terms were not disclosed.
